Costly victory

Sunday I took part in the Orpington High Elms 10k. It’s genuinely one of my favourite running events of the year. And I mean it. To me it feels as far as possible from a typical road race. It’s entirely off road with a good mix of scenery and it’s probably the hilliest race I know.
