Overnight oats are a wonderful excuse to eat dessert for breakfast! Just as the title implies, this recipe should be made the night before eating (at least 6 hours before), covered, and refrigerated.
A perfect springtime snack, the lavender and honey oat muffin is both delicious and soothing. Okay, maybe it’s the placebo effect, but I definitely felt more calm and happy after eating one of these!
