This report aims to compare two qualified companies, UPS and FedEx in order to find an ideal logistics company to meet our demands with the expansion of our business worldwide.

UPS

UPS is a newer company which can deliver products to the U.S. at the lower price than FedEx. Customers can track their products online anytime. However, their customer satisfaction is lower than that of FedEx.

FedEx

FedEx was established for 50 years, carrying transport products to any place globally. Their delivery is faster than that of UPS. In addition, their customers are very satisfied with their service and offer online tracking. However, the transportation costs are higher than that of UPS.

Recommendation

It is suggested that FedEx is the ideal choice based on its good reputation and quicker delivery. If we cooperate with FedEx, it is believed that will get off to a good start with breaking into a new market overseas.
