Setting Up a New Franchise in Hualian

The purpose of this report is to express the advantages of setting up a new franchise in Hualian.

Hualian attracts ten million tourists every year, making it the most popular travel destination in eastern Taiwan. Second, land prices are much lower there than in the other cities of western Taiwan. As a result, Hualian is suited for building a franchise of ours with a large parking area, as it is one of the key demands of our audience. Furthermore, the flavor of coffee is the pivotal feature of our shop. It has been found that the purity levels of water can highlight the coffee’s sweetness. So, we can perfect our coffee by using the high quality water in Hualian. Last but not least, not many coffee shops have popped up in Hualian, which means we have a unique opportunity to create brand awareness before others do.

To sum up, Hualian is not only the ideal city to create our brand awareness but also to boost revenue due to the constant influx of tourists and lower overheads. In brief, I believe Hualian to be the best choice for our business expansion plans.
