These 5 job types will disappear over next 10 years (you worried?)
Given the rapid rise of AI writing tech like ChatGPT and Google Gemini, you would think I’d be more worried about my job disappearing.
I mean, why pay someone to come up with an idea, research, and then tap out 1,000 words when you can just plug a decent prompt into Gemini and get results in seconds?
Well, I’ll tell you why I’m not worried … because AI writing sucks.
Yes, people will be fooled by the punchy wordplay and authoritative tone, but at the end of the day, AI writing is too clean.
There’s no humanity to it.
Let me give you a really sad example.
Why there will always be jobs for good writers
When I first started writing here, I focused primarily on my quit alcohol battle.
A handful of cynics, seeing that others were really connecting with my brutally honest takes on life before, during, and after alcohol, tried to copy me.
All of a sudden, they also happened to develop a substance use problem that they had supposedly defeated — and they had tips to share!
I could tell their work was 100% bulls**t, of course.
