Greetings, cadets!
Prepare yourself for space jump, Cosmik Battle’s Technical Alpha is set to blast off from October 30, 2PM CET to November 15, 2PM CET. Ready your blasters!
The Cosmik Battle Technical Alpha isn’t just a wrap-speed test of our infrastructure. It’s the proving grounds for the gameplay itself! This Alpha phase is a crucial step to ensure all pilots out there experience silky-smooth space duels. To make sure the main features are being tested properly, the Cosmik Architects have decided to restrict the Technical Alpha to the heart and core of the game..
So, brave Alpha Explorers, what’s your mission? In simple terms: have a blast (quite literally) destroying enemy ships! I mean, we pilots thrive on that space adrenaline, don’t we? While you’re shoving sheeps and mechs into your opponent’s face, be a good comrade and transmit any bugs or malfunctions you stumble upon to Mission Control. It’s early days — a few space hiccups are bound to happen. Stay strong, for you’re trained by the one and only Captain Fit himself! And hey, if you see any room for Cosmik improvements, Mission Control is all ears!

* Mission Control here, go ahead. Uh-huh…Hedge? Define Hedge. A what… Roger that. Engage thrusters and lock onto his signal, we must intercept and secure that cargo!*
Ok, where were we? Ah yes! The Technical Alpha introduces you to the game’s core experience — the heat and soul of this Trading Card Game: collecting resources, crafting cards, building decks and launching into battles to take down enemy ships.
But keep your space helmets on, this is just the beginning! After the Technical Alpha closes, Cosmik Battle will transition to the Closed Beta (this time, on the Mainnet) that will progressively lead us to our release on the Epic Game Stores, packed with many updates, rewards and other spacey surprises.
From this Mission Control hub, we unravel the mysteries of our Cosmik game plan, or as you say, roadmap. But stay on your toes. Spicier intel will be broadcasted when the stars align!
TECHNICAL ALPHA — October 30, 2PM CET to November 15, 2PM CET

- Normal 1v1 mode
- Cosmik Journey, a solo progression track to collect Galactic Credits
- Daily Quests to collect even more Galactic Credits
- Premium Card Craft using Aurium
- Peer-to-peer marketplace to trade your Premium cards
- Conversion tool to convert Galactic Credits to Aurium (This feature is temporary and will be removed post-Technical Alpha)
Note : In Cosmik Battle, Galactic Credits are used to craft Core Boosters, each granting 5 Core Cards (off-chain items). On the other end, players will be able to use Aurium to craft Premium Boosters granting each 5 Premium cards which, contrary to Core Cards, are tradable Digital Collectibles. Cometh veterans will recognize that Core Cards are the equivalent of the Cometh Battle “non-NFT” cards and Premium Cards are the equivalent of “NFT cards”. During the Technical Alpha, players will not be able to craft Core Boosters to get Core Cards. The reason is simple: Core Cards are off-chain assets and as such, are not too complicated to implement. Premium Cards however, are on-chain assets and the smart contracts need to be stress tested thoroughly. In order for players to get Aurium, we have implemented a conversion tool that will allow pilots to convert their Galactic Credits. This conversion mechanic will not be in the final game, in which players will collect Aurium after battles.
