Celebrating 10 Top Stories Published on Engage in November
Hello, our Medium friends,
It’s been a little over a month since we launched Engage. We’re still not on the top 100 list of Medium publications, but we are improving each day.
With the new year nearly upon us, we’re taking a look back at our first month here.
We will start by sharing with you some of the most engaging stories we published last month. Note that this list is in no specific order and is only data-based.
We will be highlighting some of the articles our writers sent us, by using Engage’s analytics regarding the number of views.
From now on we will be regularly highlighting all our writers' biggest hits.

The engaged reader of the month award
This month we are proud to award the Engaged Reader Award to Annelise Lords.
We wish to honor Annelise with this award for her efforts in engaging and promoting Engage stories on Medium and beyond the platform, namely on Twitter.
Hence we recommend you read Annelise’s “Protected by Death” series and her other stories on Engage.
This is also a place where you’re awarded for being an engaged reader and not only a great writer.
I will also tell you why it’s so great to be an engaged reader.
Engaged readers are a vital asset for content creators because they not only read the posts and encourage others to do the same, but also add comments and interact with the writer.
Concluding remarks
At Engage we like to go against the norm and provide a different approach and experience when reading stories from our writers.
We’ve been talking to a lot of people and they want to get their stories out there. We’re currently working on the best way to do this, but we need your help to improve. Please leave your feedback as a response below.
Engage is open to new submissions, hence if you would like to become a writer you can learn more about us here and send your applications by email to theengagepub@gmail.com.
We would also welcome some editorial assistance, thus if you have some experience in the field and would like to collaborate as a pro bono assistant editor, you can leave a private note here and we will get back to you.
I appreciate your interest in my work. Please consider becoming a member. You can access unlimited articles on the platform for $5 per month. I will receive a small commission if you sign up through this link at no extra cost.
