Chapter 3 Completed!

The HHWPS project’s chapter on Diet and Nutrition is finally done! It took quite a while (17 weekly articles), but I’m very pleased with the final result. After more than a decade of searching, these strategies have finally led me to the holy grail of health: an ultra-clean diet that requires no willpower to maintain.

Next up: Fitness. As always, the strategies shared will ensure fully automatic fitness that consumes almost none of our precious willpower.
