Welcome to The Penny Pub! Please consider The Penny Pub as though it were your favorite neighborhood pub. A place you might frequent after work for brief but inspired conversations. The Penny Pub focuses on the old saying, “A penny for your thoughts.” We invite writers to drop by and share their unique thoughts on a twice-monthly prompt posted every first and third Monday. We hope to encourage community engagement through responses to our thoughtful prompts. We challenge writers to share and engage with others who respond. At Penny, we value both new and seasoned writers, queer writers, and neurodivergent writers. For those new to the platform, we consider it a privilege to work with you to help your stories shine.
