Well, we’ve all been speculating about when Flash Builder 4 would finally hit the shelves and after some heated debate as to when, where and why on the Adobe Flash Builder forum, Adobe have just announced it’s release to the wider world!

As of today Adobe have released beta versions of their two major runtimes — Adobe Flash Player 10.1 and Adobe AIR 2, to the developer community. Check out the release info over at Adobe.
