Check if user is authenticated in MVC4

To see if the user has been authenticated so that you can enable/disable some links in your views. 
 below is the example that disables logout button when the user is not logged in.

remove offending ssh key from ssh/known_hosts

sed -i 3d ./ssh/know_hosts

replace 3d with the number shown as the offending line.

Mailboxd error, zimbra wont start

Mailboxd not starting, if mysql is running then its probably a dns issue the mailbox cant find its own IP.

The cause is simply a DNS issue, so check your dns records if the error in the log looks something like this.
