Poetry — Week 1 of A Season of Strange
Upon wrapping up the first week of poetry publications for A Season of Strange, we thought it might be useful to our readers to put out a newsletter with friend links to all of the pieces published so far. Whether you’re a paying member or not, we want everyone to have a chance to read and support our wonderfully weird writers.
You will find all the links at the bottom of this letter, but first a couple of reminders:
- Submissions are still open for Flash Fiction (til July 15th) and Short Stories (til August 15th) and you need not have entered any other contest to participate and be eligible for a monthly prize during A Season of Strange.
- To be eligible for the Seasonal Grand Prize of $60, you’ll need to enter at least two of the three seasonal contests, so if you didn’t write for Poetry month, we’ll hope to see a piece from you for both July Flash & and August Short Fiction.
- Lastly, we want to remind everyone that our Patreon page is open for sponsorship. If we meet our monthly goals, we’ll increase the monthly prizes. If we reach our seasonal goal, we may create an additional grand prize category. We appreciate any amount you can donate, including one-time donations.
