Pigeons take flight
to unsolicited advances,
as Trotskyite carriages clang by,
banality imposes.
Commuter discomfort
buffered by headphones;
eclectic, sonic vibrations 
to carry me home.
Time-lapsed impressions -
another muggy day.
Passionless limbo whilst seated
on a skewbald coloured train.
