Our cortex has no time to elaborate
By repeating constructed reactions, we change our neuro-paths. It asks for some daily work otherwise we just follow the ancients paths, those who lead to violence.
Like poker players, we train ourselves to withstand stress for a longer period of time and get the adequate answer. Breath… Breath… Breath…
