Although most of the time, couples want to get it on inside the home, there are other times when the bedroom just won’t do. Taking lovemaking outdoors can definitely bring spice to your sex life, but some locations may be sexier — and safer — than others.

In order to find out the most popular places for outdoor sex, ZAVA conducted a survey of 1,000 people and these were the locations most reported.
- 1. Public parks, fields, forests, or gardens (26.1 percent)
- 2. Cars (16.7 percent)
- 3. Beaches or oceans (12.7 percent)
- 4. Public bathrooms (5.6 percent)
- 5. Movie theaters (2.6 percent)
- 6. Schools, universities, or libraries (2.4 percent)
- 7. Dressing rooms (2 percent)
- 8. Swimming pools (1.8 percent)
- 9. Balconies (1.6 percent)
