How’s January been for you? I hope you’ve had a good month and a positive start to the year and the decade.

Did you make any resolutions or set some goals? Instead of making resolutions, I decided to set just one intention for 2020. I’m making this a priority in my life and putting it before my goals. Find out more in I’m Making Just One Intention This Year.

January and February aren’t always the most exciting and interesting months of the year. After the excitement of Christmas has worn off, the dark mornings and cold days can seem quite dreary.
