There are plenty of publications about growth, building, and upward movement. This isn’t one of them. In times of crisis, like we’re living in now, the last thing we need is “more” of anything. Instead, we need to deconstruct and dismantle the power-hungry tentacles that keep us separate and blaming one another. We need to take things apart if we really want to see how the work.
