Debunk the FUD about AMMdefi

WARNING: DO NOT deposit funds to AMMdefi! DO NOT SIGNUP for AMMdefi! They halted withdrawals a couple days ago and it looks like the project is done. They have runoff with everyone’s money! I have removed registration links from all my articles. If there is any change, I will revise this notice.

AMMdefi has only been public for a couple months and during that time, there has been a lot of negative posts and comments out there. In this article I’m going to try and debunk your Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt (FUD) and show that AMMdefi is a legit project.

Computer automated trading

First and foremost, as with ANY investment, NEVER invest more than you can afford to lose. Anything can happen at any time and that includes legit issues that could cause a malfunction of some system that could wipe out all the profits. Just being cautious is called smart investing, whether it’s crypto, stocks or holding stake in a family members company.

SECURITY NOTE: Recently someone pretended to be part of the AMMdefi platform. Ocean mining platform, which claims to be the latest platform of AMMdefi. Ocean mining has nothing to do with AMMdefi. If you click on the ocean mining link and join, you will lose your funds. Please be warned and be cautious. When clicking a link, make sure the site you are taken to is https://h5.ammdx.com/. That is the official domain for the app. Other pages will add text after that in the address bar. If you do go to ammdefi.com it will redirect you to h5.ammdx.com. There is a clickable link below to register at the correct place.

I have covered in previous articles that the profits shown on your balance are legit. By click the orange “Start” button every day, the daily operations are performed and you receive 50% of the profit from the transaction. The other 50% goes back to AMMdefi and is used to payout bonuses, awards, prizes and commissions for recruiting new members.

Recruiting brings me to the next topic. I have seen many people call AMMdefi a Ponzi scheme or a Pyramid scheme. I did a search to find out the difference between the two as I really didn’t know what the difference was. I can say with certainty that AMMdefi is NOT a Ponzi scheme.

As found on Investopedia — Ponzi vs: Pyramid Scheme: What’s the Difference?

Ponzi schemes are based on fraudulent investment management services — basically, investors contribute money to the “portfolio manager” who promises them a high return, and then when those investors want their money back, they are paid out with the incoming funds contributed by later investors. The person organizing this type of fraud is in charge of controlling the entire operation; they merely transfer funds from one client to another and forgo any real investment activities.

The same article explains what a Pyramid scheme is.

A pyramid scheme, on the other hand, is structured so that the initial schemer must recruit other investors who will continue to recruit other investors, and those investors will then continue to recruit additional investors, and so on. Sometimes there will be an incentive that is presented as an investment opportunity, such as the right to sell a particular product. Each investor pays the person who recruited them for the chance to sell this item. The recipient must share the proceeds with those at the higher levels of the pyramid structure.

After reading both definitions, it definitely does sound like AMMdefi is a type of Pyramid scheme with the difference being that you are not required to recruit anyone. If you choose, you can stay solo and compound your profits. If choosing not to invite any new members, you will stay at VIP1 which gives you minimal profit and limits the amount per withdrawal. If you do choose to invite new members (recruit), there sill is no payment made by you to anyone else. The daily click profit is still your daily click profit. You will get more clicks per day by inviting more members though and you will get a commission paid to you by AMMdefi out of the 50% that AMMdefi keeps.

Is it legit? I am pretty confident it is and have invested $1400 at this point. The profits are outweighing my concerns and I will have gotten my investment back within the next 10 days. In just click profit alone, I’m planning on making over $8,000 in December. I’m all in.

So is it a pyramid? It’s definitely a pyramid. Is it a scheme or a scam? It does not look like it. Is it a Ponzi scheme? Maybe, but I don’t believe so because they aren’t promising huge returns. 1.5 to 3% per transaction is not huge returns in my book. The larger returns are based on larger investment. As with any type of investment, the larger your deposit, the larger a 1.5% return is going to be. Either way, you are able to invest as an individual and there are plenty of people pulling their profits on a regular basis. As long as you don’t over invest, my opinion is that it will be fine.

My friend Mark invited me to join AMMdefi back in October. In just 4 weeks, I made my initial $200 investment back. Mark made a bigger initial deposit and over the past week has withdrawn his entire $1000 deposit, recouping his funds. See the screenshots below, showing the initial withdrawal and today he received his second withdrawal of $588.

The withdrawal fees start at 6% for a Level 1 user and decrease as you level up. That brings up another question.

Is a withdrawal fee normal?

Of course it is. Every exchange and app has some kind of a transaction fee. Ammdefi has to recoup the fees they pay to transfer and exchange various types of crypto to get USDT back to you.

I have heard that people have had problems with withdrawals. There is a procedure for withdrawals that does vary and have a few additional requirements, when compared with a typical wallet transfer. You have to create a separate asset password that is different from your account login password and you have to enter a mobile phone number. Many exchanges require a trading password, so the asset password should not be any surprise and a mobile phone number isn’t anything out of the ordinary either. The couple additional steps are for your security to verify your identity and make sure someone is not stealing your profits. If by chance you did not use a unique account password for your AMMdefi account (NEVER a good idea) and another site you are registered on was hacked, a hacker could gain access to your username and password. It wouldn’t take much for that hacker to do a search for your username and figure out what other sites you’ve been on. Now they just go to the AMMdefi app with your credentials and can withdraw funds to any wallet address they want. Additional steps provide additional security for you, they are not there to create problems.

Why do withdrawals take so long?

I have not personally received a direct response from AMMdefi for this, but I have been told by other users that it has to do with how the AMMdefi automated system works. The AMMdefi algorithms are constantly performing trades to lock in profits. You may be paid profits from a historical transaction that was performed months ago. The system never stops performing trades. With that being said, it may take some time for the funds you requested to be freed up for transfer. When requesting a withdrawal, it will tell you that withdrawals can take from 1 to 3 days to complete. I’m sure there are people that will complain and comment about this process and I’m not so sure that I’m fully convinced, but it works and you ARE ABLE TO WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS. There are a few users that have back traced transactions and matched them up to confirm that the ids exist and are legitimate transactions. Mark’s withdrawals that I mentioned above both took 3 days. I have seen posts and videos from many other users that have said transactions will typically take 3 days. Hey, I made a fairly small initial investment and I’m getting handed thousands of dollars in return. I think I can wait 3 days for a withdrawal and still be happy with it.

Lastly I want to touch on a topic I mentioned in a previous article. When you sign up with AMMdefi, you get $3 USDT for free. There has been a promotion running for most of November which gives you $10 USDT for free when you sign up. If you don’t ever make your own deposit, your account will definitely be locked on the General (Entry) level and you won’t be able to continue transacting. You need to deposit a bare minimum of $30 USDT to achieve Level 1 or VIP1 which will give you 2 operations per day. To become part of a team with the person who invited you, you will need to deposit a minimum of $60 USDT to qualify as an invite. If you deposit $100 USDT, both you and the person inviting you will receive a bonus. After a $100 deposit, if you invite just 2 of your friends or family, you will be upgraded to VIP2 and will then have 5 operations per day. You can see in the information below, what the various levels will provide.

⚪️ VIP1: Expected daily income between 1.5% and 3.0%
(Example: 10000USDT funds, the expected daily income
is between 150 and 300USDT)

🟡 VIP2: Expected daily income between 2.5% and 3.5%
(For example: 10000USDT funds, it is expected to earn
between 250 and 350USDT on the same day) must have 2 active referrals under your account.

🟠 VIP3: Expected daily income between 3.5% and 4.5%.
(For example: 10000USDT funds, it is expected to earn
between 350 and 450USDT on the same day) must have 5 active referrals under your account.

🟢VIP4: Expected daily income with minimum daily earnings of $405 — and maximum $4,000 daily. Must have a $10,000 + account and must have 10 active referrals under your account.

💹 💰💰💰VIP5 : Expected daily income with minimum daily earnings of $1,300 — and maximum $11,000 daily. Must have a $20,000 + account and must have 20 active referrals under your account.

On the topic of recruiting, Mark and another friend of ours, Jared, and I have created a Reddit Community called the AMMdefi Garage which was created as a place for anyone that has joined our teams or is considering joining our teams to hang out, ask questions or brag about profits. We want to be able to support anyone that has followed our invitation links. I do have to mention that we won’t tolerate negativity in our group. It’s one thing to make statements and ask questions about something, but just coming to bash AMMdefi won’t be tolerated. So come join us in the garage and join us on AMMdefi making profits!!!

To keep up on latest bonus events, be sure to join our Reddit Community below and also join the reward group on Telegram.
