The shares.
The comments.
The retweets.
There are no big problems.
There are only small problems that turn into big problems over time.
All problems that are now big were once small.

Decision making day in and day out.
Giving credit for the things that go right.
Taking over responsibility for the things that go wrong.
It’s hard to stand out and to get noticed in a crowded marketplace where everybody does more or less the same.
That’s why sometimes bad marketing might be the best marketing.
The magic only happens when you don’t have enough information to act.
When you’re not sure whether or not it’s going to work out.
Whether you’re doing the right thing.
