Financial Services Cloud

  • Quickly integrate with external endpoints using Salesforce Industries’ integration definitions.
  • Use customer survey results and sentiment to improve attrition predictions.

Health Cloud

  • Become all-seeing : Using the new contact center’s 360-degree member perspective, rapidly and securely address member problems. Identify callers and record engagement details. View engagement events and subjects on the timeline, view member health data in the advanced patient card, deploy pre-configured actions from the Action Launcher, and view insurance-related information in the Member Plan.
  • Distress Support Center Management makes it easy for your users to help clients in crisis. Answer calls with the app’s Open CTI Softphone and record call participants, topics, and duration. Timeline lets you quickly view a client’s entire engagement history. Email client contact info and Knowledge articles.
  • A wizard is never late, nor is he early. Just in case though, reschedule appointments easily. Learn about advanced therapy enrollment. Book New Slots, Reschedule Slots, and Cancel Slots visibility rules changed. Advanced Therapy Management’s guided setup now includes a section for configuring field-level security.
  • Call everyone! Virtual care links more individuals via secure video calling. Configure various AWS regions to store your healthcare data and utilize robust moderation to let just the correct persons into a conversation.

  • Loyalty program administrators can produce coupon codes without formulas. Loyalty program managers pick voucher prefix, suffix, and length. Loyalty Management generates vouchers. A coupon code’s prefix, suffix, and alphanumeric characters are produced automatically.
  • Sharing is caring : Give members a referral code to share with friends and family. Generate referral codes for members or let them enter their own when joining the loyalty program. Members’ referral codes can be regenerated based on request or loyalty program conditions.
  • Keep track of member changes using Loyalty Membership Lifecycle records. You can track a member’s subscription’s duration and status. If your loyalty program offers paid levels, you can track members’ paid-tier duration.
  • Stop right there, criminal scum ! Filter loyalty program transactions using the Fraud Analytics dashboard, such as weekly transaction count. Identify potential fraud by spotting unusual transactions and members. Analytics Studio’s Analytics for Loyalty template creates the app.

  • Calculate the emissions of your acquisitions : If your company is a conglomerate with fully owned subsidiaries or independent business units, or has grown through mergers and acquisitions, you must account for emissions. You can now perform carbon accounting for subsidiaries within a single organization.
  • Ask all the right questions : Extract data from qualitative and quantitative questionnaire replies to structured disclosures. Use questionnaires to obtain specialized information, such as grant budget use or energy and carbon emissions reporting, or generic information, like environmental, social, and governance reporting. You can also cooperate with users to generate reusable replies.

Predict your company’s air travel carbon emissions for the next six months using the Monthly Air Travel Emissions portion of the Predicted Air Travel Emissions dashboard. Prepare a short-term plan to reduce emissions by analyzing the past six months’ emissions and the next six months’ predictions.

  • Ain’t nobody got time for that — Save time by entering authentication settings when activating integration. View the integration app’s newest version and upgrade it. Update previous-release named credentials to newest format. Simplified API registration makes it easier to enable Industry API access and establish integrations.
