Financial Services Cloud

  • Never argue with the data. Actionable Relationship Center enhancements show users more relevant customer data. Save time building graphs with ARC graph templates and Einstein Relationship Insights.
  • One dashboard to tag them all… Browse interest tags and tag categories quickly in the Interest Tags window. The Interest Tags dashboard shows the top-rated interest tags for each customer segment and category to personalize customer interactions, improve experience and build loyalty.
  • You can now only include relevant sections and fields in Group Builder Edit.
  • I solemnly swear I am NOT up to no good. Before sharing sensitive information, verify a caller’s identity. Protect your customers’ personal financial information. Bankers and advisors can use flows to verify customers or authorized representatives. External data can verify a caller’s identity.
  • Allow bankers to view customer interactions chronologically, and with greater detail.
  • Better Cloud Saul! Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud sites (formerly Communities) now have licenses that align more closely with Experience Cloud products.
  • With great power comes great responsiveness. Agents can quickly resolve customer queries using the new FlexCard-based Policy 360 component to display contextualized data and user actions.
  • Reduce customer churn with new Wealth Management and Retail Banking CRM Analytics templates that allow you to predict churning customers, customers who will add assets, and recommended products to pitch.

  • Your bank can now use git: Analytics for Retail Banking’s new dashboards help manage branches and customers. The Branch Unit Related Records Analysis dashboard shows branch and banker leads and opportunities that you can use to develop strategies to improve branch performance.

Health Cloud

  • Health Cloud now supports Life Sciences use cases. This leaner version of Health Cloud streamlines provider engagement, commercial excellence, and therapy access.
  • One interface to book them all… Advanced Therapy Management in Health Cloud lets you book multiple appointments across multiple sites. Create a series of procedure steps, configure site-to-site relationships for the territories where the steps are performed, and configure appointment slots by setting up service territory capacity.
  • Provider Search uses Data Processing Engine (DPE) to transform provider data into a searchable format to improve performance and scalability. On-demand data sync in production is now possible.
  • You shall actually pass. Obstacles to healthcare such as transportation, geographic, mobility, and appointment availability can be overcome thanks to Virtual Care. Virtual Care integrates with Amazon Chime to offer a user-friendly video platform.
  • Create a self-scheduling Experience site for Video Visits. Give authenticated and guest users an intuitive video platform, automated appointment notifications, and easy access links.
  • Are you a visual learner ? Use Video Visits Guided Setup for efficient and confident configuration. A simple outline with links to other in-app Setup pages is available.
  • Easy-to-administer health assessments improve patient care. Create custom assessments with OmniStudio and Discovery Framework and add them to a patient’s record page to easily identify care gaps and health issues.
  • Health Cloud’s Medication Management includes Medication Therapy Management, which helps patients optimize their medication regimen. Your pharmacists can improve patient safety and reduce medication-related errors by conducting detailed therapy reviews.
  • Unified Health Scoring gives users more visibility into patient/member interventions.
  • Sharing is caring. Literally. You now have more sharing options for Clinical data model records and new objects to provide more data. Health Cloud now also includes new Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) APIs.

Loyalty Management

  • (More than) one widget to enroll them all! Embed Member Engagement Widgets on external portals and websites. These widgets let you enable loyalty program enrollment, view member loyalty information, and enroll members in promotions. You can easily customize widgets for branding and member experiences. FlexCards and OmniOut power Member Engagement Widgets.
  • Gotta catch’em all ! Reward members for using loyalty programs and celebrate milestones with badges.
  • 10 points to Gryffinforce ! Template Marketing Cloud journeys help you design member milestone journeys. Loyalty Management provides template journeys to welcome new members, celebrate birthdays, and inform members about points earned, redeemed, and tier upgrades. Each journey has a unique set of contextual emails you can send as is or customize.
  • Focus on what’s really important. Automate repetitive tasks like adding subprocesses to a process, changing member tiers, and updating records.
  • No double trouble. Merge duplicate or multiple loyalty program memberships of members who want one. The active membership gets the higher tier between the merged memberships and its current tier. Merging memberships automatically merges them on member requests, saving customer service reps time and effort.
  • On your Experience Cloud site, give loyalty program partners access to transaction journals, partner ledgers, partner currencies, joint promotions, and products.
  • Mr. Anderson! Notify agents of changes to Loyalty Program Member or Transaction Journal records. If a member’s address changes, you can alert agents to offer new promotions. You can alert agents if a voucher is redeemed far from the member’s home.
  • Salesforce Order Management no longer requires Loyalty Management for Commerce. The Loyalty Management app uses order data to create Transaction Journal records.
  • Do more with the new and updated Loyalty Management objects, invocable actions and metadata types.

Manufacturing Cloud

  • Good plan for even better execution. Plan and predict business transactions with more granularity and ease using Sales Agreements, Account Forecasting, and Advanced Account Forecasting.
  • Manufacturing for Service helps customer service representatives (CSRs) provide the best service by letting you receive customer calls, create contacts and cases, register products, and process returns without switching screens.
  • Take a tour ! Visit your manufacturing partners to improve collaboration and relationships. During visits, assess distributor performance, renew warranties or sales agreements, and resolve cases. Managers can schedule visits while field reps can complete visit tasks.

Public Sector Solutions

  • New Guided Setup assistants simplify Public Sector Solutions org setup. Now you can configure inspection management, analytics, and case management with simple, clear steps.
  • Understanding decisions builds trust and helps constituents reapply for a license, permit, program, or service.Share fee calculations, eligibility determinations, and benefit calculations with constituents.

Net Zero Cloud

  • Load specific reference datasets without reloading historic ones. You can now easily track loaded reference dataset versions and identify new ones.
  • Carbon credits are verified activities that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions or prevent new emissions. Carbon credits help organizations fund GHG reduction and removal and offset unavoidable emissions. You can now track credits you buy in Net Zero Cloud and use them to offset emissions.
  • Calculate Scope 3, Category 1: Purchased Goods and Services emissions using supplier and general industry data. Calculating Scope 3 emissions based on supplier quantity improves accuracy and granularity and provides data for sustainable sourcing.
  • Private jets are cool, but a livable planet is cooler. Estimate your company’s air travel carbon emissions. Reduce your company’s carbon emissions by analyzing the top contributors and reviewing recommendations. You can filter the predictions data by year, employee country, cost center, fuel type, and stationary asset type.
  • Net Zero Analytics’ new dashboards track carbon credit allocation and water management. The Carbon Credit dashboard analyzes current net emissions, carbon projects, and overall carbon allocation. Use the Water Management dashboard to analyze water risk across multiple locations and assets.

  • Integrate AI Accelerator and Next Best Actions (NBA. No, not that NBA.) to display real-time predictions and NBA recommendations on one component. Use the Recommendations Connect API to acquire use-case-specific recommendations.
