Daily, Weekly or Monthly Shifts! Territory managers and service resources can now create shifts in recurring patterns. The recurrence period must be <= 120 days from the start date.
Choose Your Channel! Now you can select for your shifts and appointment the type of channel that will be used by your resources to engage with your customers. ie: In person, via Phone, Video,… (available only with APIs and Apex, and not in scheduler standard Flows).
Choose Your Topic! Availability of your resources can now be defined based on which Topic they will be needed for.

Einstein Search for Knowledge is now GA.
New PILOT! Einstein Search Answers! Your agents can now type a question in the Einstein Search Textbox and Salesforce will extract the most relevant information from a knowledge article. The returned answers are just three lines and two buttons: One to Copy the Answer and a second one to Copy the Article Link.

When Slack meets Analytics! The CRM Analytics for Slack App can now be also used for Core Reports & Dashboards: browse, share, view and Collaborate Around Data.
Subscribers Gonna Subscribe! From Slack and without the need to open Salesforce you can subscribe to your favorite reports and dashboards (up to seven reports or dashboards). The subscription will refresh based on the schedule you set and will post you a snapshot.
No more guessing! When selecting a Custom Report Type during Report Creation you can now see the custom Report Type Objects and their Relationships.
Upgraded search experience in the Analytics Home. Use new filtering and browsing capabilities.
Optimal Views on Mobile with Enhanced Reports (BETA) that optimize your reports for consumption on mobile devices. Available the week of October 17, 2022, for iOS and Android mobile devices.
Find custom report types that include specific standard or custom Salesforce fields (up to 20 fields). BETA
