Emerging HR Technology: AI Assisted Knowledge Transfer

However, it is still important to understand the scope of the subject and submit the right request to AI in order to get the right response.

The articles below describe how HR technology SHOULD be evolving to deliver productivity gains, to take advantage of innovation enabled by artificial intelligence, to move away from the environmentally unfriendly data centres consuming massive amounts of energy, to protect the data privacy of individuals that was lost during the Web2 era and to harness the exciting developments in space science to deliver solar power and eliminate costly infrastructure that is crippling economies and subjecting workforce and industries to unnecessary electricity costs.

The articles describe the ingredients for CHANGE and challenges the market forces holding back progress in order to maintain lucrative business models. It is the right time now to cut the ties to aging HR legacy systems and embrace the new era of Web3 distributed computing that promises autonomy at the node for data ownership and for companies to join networks that will create mesh network collection points for satellite communication and support renewable energy initiatives.
