About Me — Brandon Ellrich
I’ve had several jobs and a few career changes, but right now I am working as a freelance writer. I just began this venture a couple of weeks ago and it’s going well. My first article, published on calmingdog.com, is called Let Anxious Dogs Lie–On the Best Anti-Anxiety Dog Bed.

I have been to countries such as England, the Netherlands, France, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, etc.
I believe that “with God, ALL things are possible” l love continental foods and water is my best drink.
About Me — Olive Barker
I had always wanted to be a writer, but I took a detour when I was 18 and went to college because it was more practical. I listened to all of the adults around me and for years I pursued a career I really didn’t want.
In 2016, I started to write a bit here and there. Before I knew it I was making around $700 a week freelance writing. So I quit my job, stopped going to school, and never looked back.

The first thing I ever wanted to be was a racehorse trainer.
I can live anywhere in the world, but I’ll always be a New Yorker.
Cats collect me. They find my door and bring friends.
When the blues hit, I blow soap bubbles out the window.
Am very grateful for the basics — running water, electricity, and my bed.
Skies uplift me. Trees open my heart.
I love tea, Ritz crackers, and a bit of telly as an evening wind-down.

I’m from El Norte, but I followed an amazing man to the Deep South. All my life I wanted to be a wife and mom of many kiddos. We stopped after the fifth one and have raised them all, loving every minute.

3. Kinda. I’m 3rd generation from a mixed batch of mostly Scandinavian and Croatian immigrants. Many worked in the mines up there. Some came over on the Mayflower. Many are a deep thinker. Open-minded explorers.
About Me — Michael Shook
My day-to-day life is firmly planted in the regular everyday world and in the spiritual world. I don’t actually see a difference between those two; I think we just live, and what we are paying attention to at any given moment makes us decide which sphere that thought belongs in.
I was born in the 1950s when air raid drills were part of life in the US. Not that hiding under your desk or in the hallway at school with your hands over your head would prevent you from being melted in a thermonuclear blast, but we practiced those things anyway.
