You begin to walk away.

You haven’t made the progress you wanted, and that’s certainly disappointing. But you have your axe, and some information. Perhaps there will be another way to equip yourself for the fight that you’re sure lies ahead…

You pass by the tavern that you know well, heading for the edge of town.

As you do, you spot the same elf that you passed near the village. “Hero,” she calls out. “Come on! Time to hunt those terrible orcs!”

‘That’s exactly what I intend to do.”
