對於一個新主管,
要接手一個原本已經運作很成熟的團隊,自己要如何快速掌握部門相關的資訊?

經過去年一整年人力市場的低迷,最近開始有些不錯的職缺釋出,於是身邊好多人正在準備轉職。
早上9:57,
他正要掛下合作案的討論電話,趕往會議室,準時赴10:00的主管會議。 「你是老闆,讓大家等一下有什麼關係?況且這又不是什麼大不了的重大會議,只不過是個例行的工作彙報會議。」
電話那頭商場上的伙伴,忍不住對他 mur mur 起來。
「下午我們再繼續吧!憑什麼讓團隊等我?我得以身作則」。
你第一個直覺是什麼?錯愕?難過?
覺得受傷?陷入自我懷疑?
昨天,上完專案管理的企業班,下課後,有個研發單位的主管跑來問我:「老師,我們時程預估老是不準,所以總Delay老是被罵怎麼辦?」
我回答:「時程本來就不會準嘛!」
他似乎驚訝了一下(可能心想這老師會不會太直白?)可是我本來就是說江湖實話的人嘛。

「我們公司很恐怖,那個Alex只不過是上班遲到15分鐘,就被開除了。」
我說:「他遲到應該不是第一次吧?」
他說:「一個星期大概有3、4天吧!不過他常常加班啊,每次都至少一個小時以上,也沒有欠公司時間,算一算公司還賺到ㄟ!」
我說:「嗯!我是主管也會讓他走」
差一點,就要因為書名而錯過一本好書。
這本「超快速讀書法」看書名原以為是個類似坊間許多教大家如何快速抓重點、速讀、整理…這種速成技術手冊,沒想到才看前面兩章,就畫了很多的highlight,等不及想趕快來分享。
早上替自己煮了杯低咖啡因的咖啡,繼續讀這本「無情報國家的悲劇」,在前一陣子高強度的讀完以中亞為核心的世界歷史「絲綢之路」(它根本進入我認知的恐懼圈)之後,又到了跳脫認知舒適圈而又進入「學習圈」的選擇。
