Morari Bapu’s Love for Lord Krishna!

Morari Bapu’s Love for Krishna:
Bapu has His own Krishna. His relationship with Lord Krishna is otherworldly. His love for Lord Krishna is undoubtedly ethereal, esoteric, extraordinary, and ecstatic. I have barely seen anyone shedding plethora of tears while describing Krishna’s stories during the discourses, as Bapu has while narrating Krishna’s episodes. Even a momentary recall of Krishna has never left his eyes dry! Such is Bapu’s love for Krishna. In this age, it is difficult to find someone smitten, pinning and longing Krishna’s love so profoundly. This is just my humble observation.
Imagine how lucky were the souls who were fortunate enough to be born in Krishna’s age? As I look around, I find myself more than lucky and grateful to the Universe for having born in the same age as Morari Bapu.
Morari Bapu’s Recitation of Discourses
Most often than not, Bapu comes at our level while speaking with us in the discourses. This makes his discourses relatable to all age groups, specifically youngsters. This episode of Krishna was one off, where He was speaking from a very high level of spirituality. After speaking elaborately on few episodes of Krishna in the same 28:09 minutes video, no wonder he explicitly mentioned that:
“I feel like speaking on and on, but my Sadguru is stopping me because the world would not be able to digest more.”
This has literally come true today. Back then he would have realized that people would misunderstand this episode in future.
Krishna Belongs to The World!
Everyone has their own Krishna. He evolves in the infinite space of our inner consciousness. Bapu’s discourse in the video was only an attempt to present Krishna’s pain, anguish and suffering which He would have experienced in that age. I very strongly believe that Krishna must have experienced the same distress. We need to put ourselves in His shoes to realize the pain and helplessness He would have gone through. I am short of words. We can sympathize with Krishna, at most we can empathize.
However, Indian philosophy has a word ‘Samaanubhuti’ (Sam + Anubhuti). ‘Samaanubhuti’ is the state of going through the same realization as our beloved. There is a difference between experience (anubhav) and realization (anubhuti).
Experience can be expressed in words, whereas Realization cannot be articulated in words.
‘Samaanubhuti’ comes from ‘anubhuti’ i.e. realization.
The above story is a matter of samanubhuti, hard to put in words, but words are the only medium of communication available today to convey our feelings. Hence, there will always be a gap between our realization and its articulation.
Only if we could travel back in time when Lord Krishna was alive and spend few moments, days or years with this man, we could accurately ‘realize’ His pain. I hope we all can sometime in future.
And if you do, I vouch that you would not be able to resist yourself from falling in love with this man, regardless of your gender!
