Day 29

I’ve started behaving like a drug addict at times, where I keep having the “withdrawal symptoms”. My brain has started giving/making reasons why I should be talking to him. Trust me, it is a tough exercise to go against your own “intense” thoughts and cravings!

Day 27

I had the first intense craving to talk to him in weeks. I was doing some personal analysis for my interview preparations, and I had to think about the time I spent with him. I ended up being with a lot of intense emotions regarding him and had to write extensively to get rid of those emotions.

Day 23

Less number of posts = Less number of thoughts about him.

Having a really busy time. But his thoughts keep coming in a flash. I’m working and from nowhere — he’s there! Then, I try to get back to work asap!

Day 20

Still very unsettled scenario. He’s going on and off, and I’m not really caring. Things are feeling like stuck in the middle. And I don’t have the enthusiasm of taking “initiatives” anymore.

The kind of brain fitted inside my body-complex doesn’t really allow me to keep things unattended…

Had a busy day. Got a bit sick also, so didn’t really enjoy everything. Was busy too, so less about him anyway. But the pinned thought comes alive when I get alone.

Reason: I got to talk to him last night and we did finally decide to part ways! So, just to demarcate this new “breakup”, I have mentioned the date as you’re seeing. This will help me to remember this new “phase”!

Like everybody else, I have some of my own OCDs and sometimes they are hard to control.

So, even today he didn’t call or message me and I was not very bothered by it. But as his well-wisher, I chose to make him learn a lesson instead.
