1. Check the Recovery Phrase

1️⃣ [Settings] tab — Click [Check Recovery Phrase]!
2️⃣ After entering the OTP code, check the generated Recovery Phrase.

📌 If the Recovery Phrase is lost, it cannot be restored.
📌 If you have replaced or lost your phone, or if you have deleted and reinstalled the NEOPIN app, you can restore your wallet by entering the Recovery Phrase.

2. KYC Verification

👉 You can check the KYC Verification status in [Settings] tab — [KYC Verification].
The certification status is displayed as ‘in process’, ‘rejected’, or ‘completed’.

📌 Users who are ‘in process’ or ‘rejected’ may have restrictions using NEOPIN service.
📌 The result of KYC Verification will be notified via email or push message within 2–3 days from the date of request.
📌 If the KYC Verification review has been rejected, please check the details once again and request a re-examination.

3. Security Settings

👉 In the [Settings] tab — [Security Settings], you can reset OTP code or manage the app lock number.

3–1. OTP Reset

1️⃣ Click the [Settings] tab — [Security Settings] — [OTP Reset]!
2️⃣ If you enter 24 Recovery Phrases, a new Setup Key will be issued.
3️⃣ Re-register the newly issued Setup Key to the OTP app and activate the OTP code.

📌 Once the OTP is reset, the previous Setup Keys and OTP codes cannot be used.
📌 Make a note or copy the Setup Key and store it in a safe place.
📌 If the OTP registration information is deleted due to replacement or loss of the mobile phone, re-registration is required using the Setup Key.

3–2. App Lock Settings

1️⃣ Click the [Settings] tab — [Security Settings] — [App Lock]!
2️⃣ If you enter a 6-digit number to be used as the app lock passcode, NEOPIN App Lock will be activated.

📌 When App Lock is enabled, click the [Settings] tab — [Security Settings] — [Reset App Lock Number] to reset the App Lock passcode.
📌 If you register additional biometric authentication information, you can unlock it quickly and conveniently.
📌 If you forget the App Lock passcode, you can reset it using the OTP code.

4. Delete Account

4–1. Users without assets

1️⃣ [Settings] tab — Click the ‘Delete my account’ button in [App information and settings].
2️⃣ If you agree to the Account Withdrawal Policy, follow the ‘I agree’ text below.
3️⃣ When the withdrawal is complete, you will be directed to the home screen.

📌 Withdrawn users cannot resign up again, and all the information in your accounts and services will be deleted and can not be recovered. Please consider carefully before proceeding with the withdrawal.
📌 It is impossible to recover virtual asset that are mistakenly deposited into the account that has been withdrawn and assets that are in transaction status.

4–2. Users with assets

👉 Withdrawal is prohibited if there is a virtual asset balance (≈ $10 or more) or deposited products in the NEOPIN wallet.
👉 Return to the [Wallet] tab, cancel all subscriptions, transfer all remaining assets to another wallet, and request withdrawal again.

5. Other settings

👉 In the [Settings] tab, you can manage all the necessary settings when using NEOPIN.
