1. Wallet tab
1-1. Wallet Balance
👉 In the [Wallet] tab-[Balance], you can review the type and quantity of virtual assets you have, and their transaction history information.
👉 Click the ‘Receive’ or ‘Send’ button to check your wallet address or transfer virtual assets to another address.
1–2. Invest
👉 In the [Wallet] tab-[Invest], you can check the list of subscribed products and detailed information.
👉 If you click the ‘Remaining rewards’ tab, you can check the reward details of the subscribed product and request a claim.
📌 The provided currency conversion estimate information on virtual assets are based on the Binance market price. Therefore, when exchanging for real currency, The actual amount can be different depending on the market price of each exchange.
2. Asset Management
2–1. Review transaction details
1️⃣ In the [Wallet] tab — [ Balance], select the token you want to check the transaction history.
2️⃣ Check the transaction history for the corresponding token. (If you click ‘More’, you can also check previous transaction history)
3️⃣ Click on the transaction history list to see more detailed information.
📌 Transaction status is displayed as Pending, Failed, or Completed.
📌 If the status information is incorrect or the transaction history is not loaded, please contact NEOPIN Customer Center (help@neopin.io).
2–2. Deposit
1️⃣ Click the [+Add Asset] button at the top of the home screen or click the [Wallet] tab — [Receive] button.
2️⃣ Select a token to create a deposit address, and the deposit address will be issued.
👉 The generated address can be shared or copied to other users.
📌 When making a deposit, be sure to confirm the address before sending. Any loss caused by depositing to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
📌 If you deposit coins(tokens) to an address different from the one issued, there is a risk of losing the asset.
📌 Deposit details will be reflected in the balance after being approved by the blockchain network. Authorization usually takes a few minutes, but may vary depending on network conditions.
2–3. Sending
a. Sending Coin(Token)
1️⃣ Click the [+Add Asset] button at the top of the home screen or click the [Wallet] tab — [Send] button.
2️⃣ Select the token to transfer.
3️⃣ Directly enter the address to be sent or scan the QR code of the address to register the receiving address.
4️⃣ Enter the quantity to be sent.
5️⃣ After checking the expected transaction details, click the ‘Confirm’ button to complete the transaction request.
📌 Be sure to check the address and token type to be sent before sending. Any loss caused by depositing to the wrong address cannot be recovered.
📌 You cannot send tokens to your own NEOPIN wallet address.

b. Address Book Management
1️⃣ Click the ‘Address Book’ icon on the transfer screen.
2️⃣ Select the address to send.
3️⃣ Check that the address book information is entered correctly next to the address book icon.
📌 Addresses that have been sent once or more are automatically saved in the address book.
📌 Frequently used addresses can be bookmarked (‘⭐️’) or have nickname registered for your convenience.
📌 You can delete registered address information by clicking the ‘Delete’ button.
c. Setting Fees
When using networks such as Ethereum one must pay fees(gas fee) upon transactions. You can set the fee according to the transaction speed. (The fee may depend on network congestion and network condition)
1️⃣ Click the [Set] text button next to ‘Set Gas fee’ in the Summary tab.
2️⃣ [Set Gas fee] window will show.
3️⃣ Select the desired gas fee setting value and click the ‘Confirm’ button to apply the fee.
