[Guide] How to Fix Browser Error during KYC

During the KYC process, camera access may be not activated due to a browser error. In case such error occurs, please refer to the guide below:

Browsers that support camera access during KYC are as follows:
- Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Samsung Internet, Safari, Naver Whale

Please set one of the browsers listed above as your default browser before proceeding with KYC. How to set the default browser for each operating system (OS) is as follows.

1. Android (AOS)

1. Open the Settings app on your Android smartphone.
2. From there, tap on the Apps tab.
3. Now select Choose default apps. If you can’t see this option, you may need to tap on the three vertical dots in the top right corner to find it.
4. Tap on Browser app.
5. Select your new browser of choice.

Open the Google ”Settings“ app / Select ”Choose default apps” / Tap on “Browser app” to select the browser

2. Apple (iOS)

1. Open the Settings on your iOS device.
2. Scroll down, and tap Safari.
3.Tap Default Browser App.
4. Select your new browser of choice.

Open the “Settings“ app / Tap “Default Browser App” / Select your new browser of choice
