I have been pleasantly surprised on some occasions when I find a handy tweet and good content account. But the amount of ads, junk tweets, and goofy threads has been overpowering the platform.

As an early Airbnb user, I loved getting good deals for staying in expensive cities. But now it's cheaper to stay at a hotel, while Airbnb never provided a better experience than staying at a hotel.
The gig economy only helps workers if they're willing to work grueling hours.
I'm constantly reminding myself of this fact; even though my business account doesn't have many followers, the few that we have genuinely engage with what we put out, and that ultimately will lead to better business.

You made some Great points here; after working with large amounts of online activity data from our users, we quickly realized how much is just noise. Consuming all that noise doesn't necessarily lead to valuable insights.

Great table; my experience as an engineering manager has been successful due to my ability to chime in on technical choices while not stepping on the toes of leads. It's a balancing act but very critical to maximizing the entire team's productivity. As a manager, I don't want to let tears of experience go to waste, but I'm aware my core function is to delegate and prioritize goals/milestones
