I don’t see why not… you could argue that some of those things may be still fitting within self-service. A toothbrush could come with a 2xdaily visit from a tooth brusher :) would love to chat more about that one, I’m intrigued!
I would suggest those types of service descriptors are more meta in their definition and may highly influence then how one might create awareness or drive evaluation and acquisition, for example.
Great thoughts, would love to get into this with you (am in an airport, so may need to continue more later. With this point, if you think about a service in its entirety, these aspects/characteristics may need to be fulfilled before you even get into the framework that I’ve been exploring. Perhaps these are the gateway truths?
