I don’t disagree with US diplomacy following the One China principle, but the US press does not need to report in”one China” as a fact, only as a political compromise. The American public should also be able to learn the truth and hear more Taiwanese voices.
Thanks for sharing Howard Chai. I’m Taiwanese and American based in NYC. The US media and progressives have often been disappointing in their reaction to “The Call.” The critiques of Trump are fair, but the media has often biased China’s perspective in an effort to bash Trump, leaving Taiwanese voices completely sidelined.
