I love Italian food. Period. In my roaring 20’s I lived in Tuscany where I nurtured my passion for la dolce vita and the Mediterranean approach to eating. I created Convivio, at first a wine importing business, later grown out to be a consulting middle man between the artisanal producer and end user. In a 24/7 economy where precious time gets stolen every second, my challenge is to make more people stop and think about how, where, when and what they eat. Nobody needs to be a topchef, foodie or sommelier to understand the simpleness of clean and honest food. I work independently for a wide range of small Italian food brands, importers and retail stores.
