You’re up early. When you return to the tavern, a fire has erupted. Villagers mill around.

“You idiots need to help put that fire out,” you cry. “Angelika’s trapped!”

“Angelika,” a villager drones.

“Exactly. Grab a bucket and help, fool!”.

But when you rush to the well, Angelika is standing there, leaning over it.

She looks up, gazes at the flaming building, and then looks at you. “The power…” she murmurs.

She has grown horns! Two massive twisted horns have sprouted from the girl’s temples.

Now the villagers drop down and begin to bow to her. “Our queen of darkness!”
