Merry Christmas, XYO fam! We hope you’re enjoying the holidays. This is the last “TWaX” of 2018, and I have to say, it’s been a heck of a year. We’re closing it out strong, too! The big name change became official this week, and we launched some great new partnerships.

As a note, our support team will be out of the office today (Christmas Day). We’ll be available starting Wednesday morning.

Presenting XY — The Persistent Company

If you were at Spatial this year, you heard hints that we’d be changing our name. “XY — The Findables Company” was created to provide solutions to everyday problems like lost bags and misplaced keys. As we worked on building the XYO Network, we realized that the name was no longer a good fit. We’re doing so much more than just helping you find your stuff! The new name reflects that. If you own shares in XY — The Findables Company, don’t worry; nothing’s changed on the “back end.” The name change reflects that the company you own is building bigger and better things.

XYO Listed on KuCoin

Last week, XYO became available to buy and trade on the KuCoin exchange. Since then, its daily trading volume has increased by a factor of 50! If you’re interested in getting involved, we released a helpful video on how to buy XYO on the KuCoin exchange.

Foodnation.io

Food Nation relies heavily on their community of users to find food options for other people nearby. By harnessing blockchain to connect hungry customers with loads of eatery options, sellers and promoters both share in the benefits. Everybody wins!

KYC-Chain

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a critical part of banking and financial transactions. By knowing and verifying customer info through a KYC process, institutions can prevent fraud, money laundering, and even hacking. KYC-Chain uses a B2B managed workflow to help businesses better manage the identity and information about customers, so businesses can stay compliant with financial regulatory requirements.

As we close out 2018, I want to personally say how amazing this year has been. I’ve been working with XY for more than three years, and have been involved with the company for even longer. The last twelve months have been one of the most exciting, challenging, and fulfilling periods of my life. Getting the chance to help foster and meet this wonderful community, and to be a part of what we’re building, is simply amazing. Thank you for helping make this happen.

From all of us at XY — The Persistent Company, happy holidays and merry Christmas!
