Lowering Limits For Trusted Accounts

Trusted accounts used to have a limit of 100 BTC on the buy side and 300 BTC on the sell side. Given the rapid rise in price, we’ve had to dial these back a bit to keep everything running smoothly (and to stay in compliance).
