Two different things

You can’t be productive and efficient and at the same time expect to be creative and learn a ton of new things.

This just doesn’t work.

Productivity and efficiency are basically the opposite of creativity and learning new things.

Worried employees are the worst employees.

Your only job as a leader is to give people the feeling of safety and stability.

That’s the only way people will ever be able to be the best versions of themselves.
