「東京工業大学エンジニアリングデザインプロジェクト」では、授業の最初に必ずアイスブレイクを5分程度行っています。チームができたばかりの時はもちろんですが、チーム内で気心が知れた後でも十分にその役割があると感じます。
「東京工業大学エンジニアリングデザインプロジェクト」にソフトウェアの支援者として参加している渡辺です。「自分のような凡人でも新しいものを創る可能性を高められるのでは?」、とデザイン思考に興味を持ち、参加させていただきました。
この授業で多くのことを学んでいますが、その学びの中で陥りがちな罠のようなもの(ソフトウェア業界で言うところのアンチパターン)に実際にいつくもハマったので、ここでは気づいた点について書いてみたいと思います。
2016年9月24日から「エンジニアリングデザインプロジェクトB(EDP-B)」が始まりました。今期から実際に企業の方々が課題となるテーマを持ってきてくれて、それをチームで解決していこうという感じで、全部で8チームができました。
企業の方々のプレゼンを聞いた後は、チームで各企業のブースを周り、課題についての質問をしました。
