Let’s take a look back at the 2022 year for the X World Games universe!
The year 2022 has been an incredibly productive and successful one for X World Games. After our initial product launches in 2021, X World Games has quickly become a leader in the blockchain gaming industry, offering a variety of innovative and competitive gaming experiences for players throughout the crypto space. In 2022, X World Games released several new titles, expanded their reach to new markets, and continued to support players with quality customer service. As we look back on the year, let’s take a closer look at some of the biggest milestones and successes from X World Games in 2022.

Introducing: X Wallet
X World Games has and will always offer a wide selection of wallet accesses for a truly flexible experience with all its features. Nevertheless, for a truly optimal user experience and streamlined processing when using the X World Games platform, players are best advised to use the X Wallet, specifically tailored for gaming dApps on the Binance Smart Chain. With the introduction of the X Wallet, we’ve granted access for the most seamless integration with the XWG ecosystem.
$XWG New Tokenomics
As X World Games advanced from a two-game system to the creation of a multi-product platform, it had become essential to alter the token economic model. The introduction of a multi-asset system has provided more economic adjustment resources with increased flexibility, guaranteeing the soundness of the $XWG tokenomics and the success of the ecosystem.
Introducing: LUCID
In 2022, we were thrilled to announce the arrival of the BEP-1155 token asset, LUCID, to the X World Games ecosystem! This token served as the primary reward asset for all Play-to-Earn activities. As X World Games continues to expand into the gaming metaverse, a single-token economy model will no longer be sufficient to accommodate the full scope of gaming. LUCID will become the incentive to promote XWG’s latest initiative, the Play-to-Earn-to-Stake (P2E2S) economy.
X Pool Returns
We were also excited to announce the return of staking to the XWG ecosystem! We had a few new features that come with this revival, including the role of LUCID in our staking system. X Pool has been a key part of our Play-to-Earn-to-Stake (P2E2S) tokenomics, which was set to be the next big trend to bridge the gap between GameFi and DeFi. We are eager to share these plans with the XWG community and are looking forward to what the future holds.
Introducing: X Marketplace Fellowship Program
We were happy to announce the launch of our Fellowship Program into the X World Games ecosystem as well! The program was available starting Thursday, August 4th onwards on the X Marketplace. Integration and support for Dream Card V1 and rented NFTs followed shortly, with Dream Card V2 being released shortly after.
Dream Card Events
New Hero Releases
Throughout the year, X World Games released plenty of new playable heroes for our players to enjoy. These characters varied from mystical elves to powerful warriors, giving players an ever-growing variety of options. The developers also added special events and missions to cater to each character’s strengths, allowing players to explore Dream Card battle tactics in new and exciting ways. With so many new characters and events, X World Games managed to keep its players entertained and engaged all year long.
Draem Card V2 Talent System Update
The introduction of the Talent System had systematically revolutionized Dream Card v2’s gameplay in 2022.
The Talent System was a training program which utilizes Talent Debris assets to raise the grade of Talent Cards in order to enhance the whole team’s abilities in combat. Every participant had 9 Talent grids, and any activated talent characteristics would be in effect during the fight.
Tenchi Muyo! Collaboration
Partnering with the iconic Japanese anime Tenchi Muyo!, X World Games helped continue the tale of Tenchi Masaki. As we remember, Tenchi began his journey in the Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki universe, where he encountered the royal princess of planet Jurai, Ayeka Jurai. We’re thrilled to bring these beloved characters and their stories to X World Games.
Dream Card V1 Anniversary
On June 24, 2022, X World Games celebrated the one-year anniversary of Dream Card V1, the turn-based, NFT card battling game that revolutionized the GameFi industry.
After its launch, Dream Card v1 has gathered a massive following of over two million registered players, becoming one of the most popular GameFi communities in the crypto industry.
To thank the community for their support, X World Games was delighted to launch the highly anticipated ranked season Ragnarök, as well as the “Double Benefits” anniversary event, to reward loyal players and welcome new players to the world of Dream Card V1 and Ragnarök.
Dream Card V1 Ragnarök Release
Ragnarök, the newest game mode and season for Dream Card V1 was definitely a highlight moment for the X World Games universe in 2022! Following a successful closed beta test, the ranked season for Dream Card V1 began on June 24th. Participating in this season allowed players to explore many new features, including a MASSIVE 700,000 $XWG token reward for the final winner! Additionally, this season featured a ranking system, an in-game battle pass, and a brand-new “Runes” system. Join us on June 24th to experience Ragnarök and all its exciting features!
Dream Card V1 Evolution Update
Dream Card V1 and V2 went through a major transformation with the launch of the Dream Card Evolution system! By sacrificing a specific set of lower quality Dream Cards, you could evolve them to a higher quality level. You could even reach Myth rarity with the correct cards!
Dream Card V2 “Protect the World” Mode Introduction
Players can now experience the brand new Protect the World game mode in Dream Card V2, featuring 3 challenging stages! Those who successfully repelled monsters were rewarded with Talent NFTs and upgrade materials of any rarity.
Dream Card V1 Fusion Update
Our brand new Dream Card Fusion had finally been releaseded, along with LUCID chests! Worrying about how to craft your favorite Dream Cards with the new token asset SHARD, and how to acquire SHARD from the LUCID chests? We had created a comprehensive how-to guide on the latest NFT card crafting system on our Gitbook to help you out.
Dream Card V1 Five Elements Update
Dream Card V1 had introduced a major gameplay update to the five elements — Gold, Wood, Earth, Water and Fire! Depending on the element matchup, your Dream Card NFTs will now deal more damage to enemies during battle. To find out which elements are more effective against one another, and which Dream Card skills will be affected, read on in the article linked above!. Additionally, we also gave a quick introduction to our new fiat recharge system with Razer Gold.
Dream Card V2 “Devil Seal” Mode Introduction
Dream Card V2 introduced a new game mode, Devil Seal! Every seven days is an event cycle, and participants in the challenge were are rewarded with LUCID rewards. Players must face the demon head-on and prevent it from causing further destruction. Be brave, heroes, and take on the challenge of Devil Seal!
Dream Card V1 “King of the Hill” Mode Introduction
Dream Card V1 received a major rework to its PvP matchup system! Now players would be fighting for their lives in designated battle rooms, in which the winner would receive massive rewards compared to our previous system.
Dream Card V1 New Check-In and Mission Systems Update
A new mission system was also introduced to Dream Card v1. New daily check-in, rewards and objectives allowed players to earn more than ever before through Dream Card v1!
Dream Card V1 “World Boss” Mode Introduction
Ready to take on a challenge? The Dream Card v1 universe introduced its newest game mode, World Boss in 2022. Face off against some of the strongest characters ever seen and prepare to participate in more than a single battle to defeat them. Assemble your toughest Dream Cards and collaborate with other players to develop strategies for how to take down each season’s World Boss. Those who help in the defeat of the World Boss will be rewarded, with those dealing more damage earning more rewards! Are you up for the challenge?
