發酵記:永遠在冰箱為酒釀留個位置
酒釀其實就是米酒的未完成品,酒釀的步驟完成後,如果持續發酵過程(加水、攪拌,再繼續發酵七天後,過濾出汁液,再進行巴氏殺菌),就會完成米酒。
