Maybe it’s because we are now boost-recommenders.

Maybe it’s because we pride ourselves on being supportive and educating editors.

Maybe it’s because we are women whose time has come and we sing, shout, and write about it.

Maybe it’s all of the above.

Whatever the cause, we’re thrilled with the results.

We’re getting more submissions than ever before. And your stories are great. Publishing them here is an honor.

Editing them is a labor of love.

You may notice that our entire team is now editing your stories. Not just Marilyn and Debbie, but Margie, Meg, and Cindy are donning green visors, rolling up their sleeves, and grabbing the red pencil.

If you’ve submitted a story, and it’s not yet published, please take a look at it. Chances are we’ve left you a note or two to make it clearer and more relatable for our readers. When you’ve made your edits, please leave us a note as well. Thank you!

Our intention is to get back to you in a timely way. We ask that you do the same. Thanks so much for your understanding and support.

STOMP! Podcast

On to the most amazing podcast on the planet!

Susie Rialp’s rebellious nature changed after the overthrow of the Marcos regime in the Philippines. After close friends were jailed, she fled to Canada.

Her love for children led her to become a Montessori teacher. Listen to how this revolutionary method transformed her and taught her how to inspire each student — even the wild ones.

Her poetry collection Falling in Love With Me is available on Amazon. She’s interviewed by our very own Margie Pearl.
