As some of you might remember, I am a massive fan of the hard-won wisdom in Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson’s excellent book “It doesn’t have to be crazy at work.” One of the key tenants in their philosophy is the deliberate lack of plans — an idea which we brought to radical and which…

Today I learned the employees of McKinsey apparently don’t care about McKinsey. They only care about their clients. They never try and upsell additional consultancies and they certainly don’t “walk the halls".

Most of us assume we’re good listeners.
How many of those who truly know us would actually agree? The reality is, most of us are NOT good listeners.
Valuable read, Steph. Keep up the good work!

To be a successful entrepreneur you are going to have to learn to deal with failure.
So many people always saying follow your passion!!! I hear that a lot and I am not saying it’s wrong because when the road gets rough, that is what keeps you going. But let be realistic hear, passion won’t put food on your table or pay your bills but hard work and self-discipline to pursue your passion will do.
I respect that, and I’m sure everybody will Omar. Admitting that you have been lazy lately is not easy.
