How to manage Collected Recipients (Recipients Queue), Processed Recipients and Excluded Contacts for message broadcast to 1st connections

Hey there! General article about “Message broadcast to 1st connections” read here. In this I just tell you how you can manage your Collected Recipients (Recipients Queue), Processed Recipients and Excluded Contacts.
- To check collected recipients — click “View collected recipients” button:
2. You will see all your collected recipients LinkedIn
4 If you have already set message template, you can click “Show message” button, to understand how Linked Helper will generate a message for the selected recipient.
5. If some of collected recipients have received already your LinkedIn message, which was sent manually, you can move these recipients to list of “Processed Recipients”. To do this, just select these contacts by clicking checkboxes and then click “Move selected to Processed List”:
In Processed Recipients you can see contacts, who already received your message sent via Linked Helper or which was moved here manually:
6. If some of collected recipients shouldn’t receive your message, you can move them to list of “Excluded Recipients”. To do this, just select these contacts by clicking checkboxes and then click “Move selected to Excluded List”:
7. You can move contacts through these three list (Recipients Queue, Processed Queue, Excluded Recipients) in all directions.
8. FILTERING LIST
8.1 You can filter contacts list by Name, Position & company — just type your key word & press Enter button
8.2 Click “Selected” to see all selected contacts:
9. After you’ve finished click Close button
