This article is for Linked Helper 1.

Linked Helper 1 is outdated and was replaced by Linked Helper 2. You can find it here https://www.linkedhelper.com/

Linked Helper 2 knowledge base is available here https://linkedhelper.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Now it is possible to build a funnel, for example, like this one:

  1. Collect targeted contacts from search into Profiles Auto-Visitor function
  2. Visit collected contacts 2–3 times
  3. Invite them
  4. When part of them became your 1st connections, send them “Thank you for connection” message
  5. Then Endorse their skills
  6. Then send them another message
  7. Then extract their profiles with email into CSV file

For several Linked Helper functions you can notice “Open lists manager” button:

You can find this button for:

  1. Profiles Auto-Visitor
  2. Collect, Select, Invite 2nd & 3rd contacts
  3. Message broadcast to 1st connections
  4. Endorse my contacts
  5. Profiles Extractor

“ → Add (excluding contacts from all target sub-lists) →” this button adds unique contacts from source to target. Contacts from the source sublist, which are in one of the target sublist will not be added.

“ → Keep the same contacts and delete other →” this button deletes from the target sublists all contacts, which are not in source sub-lists.

This button is very useful, if you want to say “Hi {firstname}, Thank you for connection” not to all you new 1st connections, but to new 1st connections, which have been invited via certain list of “Collect, Select, Invite 2nd & 3rd contacts”:

  1. You can collect all recently added connections (read & watch how to)
  2. Open Lists Manager
  3. Choose as source list from “Collect, Select, Invite 2nd & 3rd contacts” and “Invited” sub-list
  4. Choose as target list from “Message broadcast to 1st connections” and “Recipients Queue” sub-list, which already has all your recently added connections
  5. Click “ → Keep the same contacts and delete other →”

” → Delete the same contacts →” this button deletes from the target sub-lists all contacts, which are in the source sub-list.

This function may be useful, if you have for example two “Message broadcast to 1st connections” campaigns with a different message template for each and it is very important not to have intersections between collected contacts.

” → Replace all contacts →” this button just deletes all contacts from the target sub-list and then copies contacts from the source sub-list.

“ → Add all, even if they are in other sub-lists →” this button adds contacts from the source sub-list to target sub-list, even if this contacts are in other target sub-lists
