Will Linked Helper send invite twice to the same person?
This article is for Linked Helper 1.
Linked Helper 1 is outdated and was replaced by Linked Helper 2. You can find it here https://www.linkedhelper.com/
Linked Helper 2 knowledge base is available here https://linkedhelper.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
First of all Linked Helper has two different invite features:
Both features store invited contacts and do not send invite twice to the same people. Actually not only Linked Helper protects you from sending duplicating invite to the same person, but LinkedIn in the first place.
But “Connect all 2nd contacts in search” function stores list of invited contacts globally. It skips contact even, if still has “Connect” button instead of “Invite sent” (LinkedIn doesn’t update such buttons immediately).
“Collect, Select & Invite 2nd & 3rd contacts” stores invited contacts in sublist “Invited” of current list (campaign). LH doesn’t collect contacts, who are already in “Invited” sub-list of current list (campaign) and or those, who have “Invite sent” label.
Also It will not send invite twice, because on a profile page of invited contact there is no “Connect” button.
In case of Sales Navigator
For “Connect all 2nd contacts in search” function the behaviour will be the same.
For “Collect, Select & Invite 2nd & 3rd contacts” in case of switching to new list, Linked Helper will try to send invite twice, but Sales Navigator will show error message and Linked Helper will move contact into “Invited” sub-list and go further.
