A big recruiting weekend for WKU Football continued as Lake Wales (FL) lineman, Rasheed Miller committed to joining the Hilltopper program

Miller is a 6'5'’ 265-pound lineman that plays both ways for Lake Wales High School which is an hour east of Tampa and an hour south of Orlando. The Highlanders went 10–2 in 2018 but there isn’t much information to be found about the team or his stats online.

Miller isn’t rated yet by Rivals or 247 Sports and doesn’t have a highlight tape on Hudl. One thing that stands out is his size. 6'5'’ players don’t grow on trees and he should be able to bulk up and take up space on the offensive or defensive line, whichever he plays. Rivals lists him at offensive line for what that’s worth.

Besides WKU he holds an offer from FBS Kent State and a handful of FCS schools including Mercer, Samford and Tennessee State. While the raw data doesn’t seem to jump out he does come from a highly competitive recruiting state and you can’t teach size which makes him a flier worth taking.

Miller is the second commitment from this weekend joining Jalen “JayJay” Williams and is the tenth commitment overall. WKU hosted several other recruits this weekend and it remains to be seen if they’ll add a few more to the fold.

Here is where the 2020 class sits after Miller’s commitment
