Lightning Reports & Dashboards

• Playing tag! Transferring dashboard ownership. Previously you had to clone or recreate the dashboard. BETA. To be able to do this you need at least edit access on the Folder and View All Data or View My Team’s Dashboards.
• An image is worth a thousand words. See at a glance how a summary formula that includes the PARENTGROUPVAL or PREVGROUPVAL will be used in your Lightning report. Previously this was only possible in Salesforce Classic.

CRM Analytics

• Pagination! What else?
• Clean slate! Use the new Clear Selection action for text widgets to clear all or a subset of your widgets to their initial state.
• Repeater Widget now supports sorting. Previously we had to duplicate the widget to get different sorting options.
• The more you know, the more you can appreciate the world around you! Explore Multiple Data Model Objects in Direct Data Using Joins. Previously it had to be done using SQL. GA
• Pimp My Ride. Create a style and then save it as a theme for other widgets in the dashboard to inherit.
• Keep your dashboard layouts on the same page by enabling Layout Syncing.
• Use staged data instead of datasets to reduce processing time. To use it remember to enable Allow recipes to create staged data in the Analytics Settings page.
• Google Analytics 4 connector is now GA.
• Salesforce External connector can now leverage Salesforce Bulk API 2.0.
