As part of my #weeknotechallenge I have decided to challenge myself to doing a different style of weeknotes every week.

We are now on weeknote #30!

The other weeknotes in the challenge are linked below:

‘Traditional’ Weeknotes , Gif-Notes , Sketch-Notes, Shanty-Notes, Week-quotes, Animal Crossing — Notes , Poster — Notes, Haiku — notes, Achievement — notes, Hanami — notes, Meme — notes, Retro — notes, Comic — notes, Story — notes, Slang — notes, Tweet — notes, Blog — notes, Hansai — notes,Show & Tell — notes, Taskmaster — notes, Lyrical — notes, Rap — notes, Wellbeing — notes,Football — notes, Superhero — notes,Hot or Not — notes, Olympic — notes, Lesson — notes,Hamilton — notes

If it is not already obvious… this week i am basing my weeknotes around Pokémon! I am going to break down different things that have happened this week and talk about what Pokémon i was like.

Ditto

I have been having some conflicting conversations this week but for good reason. One piece of work is very hands on and i am seen as the ‘change maker’ and one i have consciously stepped away from and focussed on making the service themselves the change maker. This is really important because it moves the ownership and helps to build a new culture and create future change.

Ditto can shapeshift into whatever they want… Literal embodiment of change!

Psyduck

This week has been confusing in parts. There were some conversations were i ended up looking like the Psyduck to my left. Thinking ‘that doesn’t make any sense’ or ‘but why’…

One conversation was about a process that was supposed to be smooth and straight forward but was so confusing and has caused a bunch of issues for people in the team. Some days you are starting to see change in the organisation and then others you realise its a long journey. But… baby steps!

Squirtle

My personal favourite Pokémon but that wasn’t why Squirtle was chosen. This is about the group called the ‘Squirtle Squad’

This is just like the festival. Now that we have more people involved things are starting to tick along it really feels like this can be achieved and its going to be great! Much better then the panic of previous weeks…

Snorlax:

I think this one is obvious… This week has been busy, and it has drained a lot of my energy, green people skills and yellow creativity are all quite low. I was even asked if i was okay this week because i was really quiet. Me…quiet!

I just need some introverted time, and all be all back full energy by Monday.

Thanks for listen to me talking about my childhood obsession for 5mins…

Till next time,

Sam out!
